NOW IT WORKS S.R.L. started in 2014 as an IT support and hosting provider for companies in Bucharest. Today, the experience gained managing real infrastructure is what allows us to investigate and stop attacks on it.
How we work
We are operators before we are consultants. We have been managing VMware clusters, firewalls, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tenants for our clients for over a decade. When we write a policy or a report, we know what implementing it looks like at two in the morning.
The foundation of our business remains infrastructure: VMware virtualisation, networks and firewalls, Microsoft 365, backup and DR/HA plans, user support. On top of it we added custom application development and integrations, as well as the supply of hardware and Microsoft licences, so that we can answer for the whole chain.
Security became the main growth direction only after the team obtained the relevant certifications and delivered, with verifiable results, incident response, NIS2 compliance and penetration tests for clients in manufacturing, financial services and technology.
We work with a scope of work defined in writing, documented hours and deliverables you can hand directly to the authorities.
