We answer the phone during business hours and e-mail on the same working day. For active incidents, put "INCIDENT" in the subject line or call directly.

Call 021 307 6093 or write to help@itworks.ro with the subject "INCIDENT". Until we connect: do not restart systems, do not delete anything, do not change passwords on suspect systems, note the time of everything you observe.
